School Day

Student Drop-Off AM - All students

Student drop-off will take place at the side of the building, near the art room, exit 5. Parents should remain in their cars throughout this process.
■     Students being driven to school will be dropped off along the sidewalk. For your child’s safety, please have the student exit the car after your vehicle reaches the crosswalk.
■     A staff member will be at the door to usher students inside.

Students may be dropped off between 8:30 am and 8:50 am, when our instructional day begins. Please do not drop your child at the side entrance after this time as all adults are beginning the instructional day inside the building. If you arrive later than 8:50 am, please bring your child to the main entrance so that we can safely welcome them to school

Student Pick-Up PM - All Students

We will do our best to make this process fast and smooth. Please remain in your cars, keep moving and follow directions given by the staff members on duty.

Display a sign(available in the school office) in your windshield with the students’ names.

• Parents drive through the side pick-up area, down to the blacktop, and up to the upper parking.  Wait in the car line for the staff member on duty to call you down after busses are cleared from the area.
• Once the staff member comes out and waves for you to proceed, cars can begin to come around and down the side of the building to create a line, similar to the morning drop-off line.
• A staff member will be outside to track the students’ names.
• Students will be dismissed from the multipurpose room, exit door 5, and walk directly to their cars.
• Staff members will guide students to their cars.
• Once students are safely in the cars, parents should exit the pick-up area.
• Parents should remain in their cars throughout this process.
• Drivers who forgot their sign may pick up their child from the line IF they called the school office ahead of time. Drivers may be asked to show their driver's license. If you need a sign for your car, please contact the office.
• If you did not call ahead of time to pick up your child, please park and go to the office where he/she will be called to meet you. The school MUST know ahead of time that you are picking up your child for us to have him/her ready for pick up.
